Hotel Crișana is a traditional hotel in Arad, with rooms from singles to suites and its own restaurant. The challenge was clear: a hotel with a solid offline reputation, but a digital presence that did not reflect the quality of services and did not generate direct bookings — the losses went to OTA platforms with high commissions (Booking.com, Expedia).
Challenge: Hotels lose an average of 15–25% of their revenue from each booking through OTA platform commissions. The main objective of the project: a site that would generate direct bookings, reducing dependence on intermediaries.
Implemented solution
We built a WordPress site with direct integration of the Pynbooking reservation system — a specialized platform for hotels that allows real-time online booking, with updated availability and secure payment, without intermediary commission on direct bookings.

- Micro breakfast included in the price prominently communicated — a differentiator from other accommodation options
